Over the past two years, Cory has built deep expertise in the flood and restoration industry, applying strategic insight and practical leadership to strengthen organizational processes and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Beyond his professional achievements, Cory is a dedicated husband and the proud father of four beautiful children—a role that inspires his commitment to integrity, hard work, and meaningful impact in everything he does.
Paul Silliman
Head of Sales
With nearly a decade of deep, hands-on experience across the restoration industry, Paul Silliman brings a rare combination of field expertise, insurance knowledge, and technology leadership to every stage he steps on.
Paul currently serves as Head of Sales and Customer Success at Clean Claims, where he leads customer engagement and market strategy for a platform transforming how restoration professionals manage insurance claims. Paul has also served as a key player at KnowHow, helping hundreds of restoration companies solve workforce inconsistency and boost operational performance through intuitive digital tools.
From his early days as a Mitigation Technician, Estimator, and Department Manager to his time as a CAT Property Claims Adjuster and later as a Strategic Alliance Representative, Paul has lived the restoration process from every angle—contractor, vendor, and carrier. His broad industry background also includes roles in environmental testing, mold management, and claims review, giving him a 360-degree view of the challenges and opportunities facing today's restoration professionals.

Before leading Clean Claims, Brandon ran a large organization where he built high-performing teams and guided company growth through clear vision and practical execution.
Over the past two years, he has focused his expertise on the restoration industry, working closely with teams and customers to streamline processes, improve communication, and make claims management simpler for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Brandon is all about family. He and his wife are parents to four amazing kids, and together they love spending time outdoors—whether that's exploring new places, staying active, or simply enjoying fresh air and open space.
